Away Days
Sometimes it is helpful to have members of the Board or Executives facilitating workshops and discussions during Board Away Days.
However, when it comes to considering more strategic objectives outside facilitation can provide new perspectives, fresh challenge and ensure that all members of the Board and Executive present are able to focus fully and participate in the discussion and development of new strategies.
