Founded in 2016 by Claire Payne, Orthelian was born from a desire to do things differently. Having worked across multiple industries and supported thousands of professionals, Claire saw organisations investing heavily in generic training and conventional consultancy approaches that often-left people frustrated, disempowered, and without meaningful results. She recognised that lasting impact comes from combining evidence-informed practice, immersive learning, and a deep understanding of human behaviour and organisational dynamics.
