Orthelian was founded in 2016 by Claire Payne. Claire is a serial entrepreneur, with a portfolio career and passion for leadership. She has and still does work at a senior level in a number of different industries and has trained thousands of leaders through more traditional MBA, CPD and conference programmes. However, she noticed a growing frustration from leaders who were committed to their personal and organisational development, but were not getting the results they wanted as they tried to fit themselves into ‘one size fits all’ training that was both disempowering and ineffective. It was time for a better approach.
At Orthelian we empower leaders to embrace their own unique strengths and perspective to enable them to have the impact that they want in the way that works best for them. We also extend that philosophy to the work we do with team building, training and facilitation, empowering each individual to step into their own power and fully contribute in a collaborative and constructive way. Over the years we have attracted a network of experienced consultants, facilitators, mentors, coaches, and trainers under the Orthelian philosophy to work with leaders and their businesses to empower them achieve world changing impact.
