Leadership development programme

Imagine an approach to leadership and life that allows greater impact and influence, builds trust rapidly, and grows the efficiency and resilience of your team without you having to work harder. It may sound too good to be true, but this approach is not new. It is something our ancient ancestors would have instinctively known, yet it has largely been forgotten in the modern world. Luckily, we only have to look as far as our wild cousins to see it in action.

immersive leadership training

Through our WOLF Immersive Leadership Programme in Cornwall, you will have the unique opportunity to learn from real wolves by observing and engaging with them. Their natural behaviour, communication, and collaboration provide insights into authentic human leadership, team dynamics, and effective influence. The programme is underpinned by the principles of natural leadership, effective collaboration, thriving environments and the ability to have positive impact and influence. The support around the retreat enables you to translate these lessons directly into your own workplace and often beyond.

Our all-inclusive WOLF Immersive Leadership Programmes include online or in-person workshops, one-to-one coaching focused on participants personal development and implementation goals, and, most importantly, an immersive three-day training retreat. During the retreat, you will engage hands-on with wolves, gaining insight directly from them. The experience creates an immediate and lasting impact, giving you new perspectives, practical insights, and an opportunity to reset, replenish, and return with renewed drive, vision, and enthusiasm.

bespoke training

We run bespoke private WOLF retreat programmes for leadership teams and also open WOLF retreat programmes for individual leaders. On our open retreat programmes we curate small groups allowing participants an opportunity to gain insight from peers in different industries, while still receiving tailored support.

how to book

Our access to the families of wolves is kindly facilitated by Shaun and Kim Ellis. For the welfare of the animals access is, understandably, limited. If you are interested in booking a team retreat contact us or, if you are in individual seeking a place on one of the open retreat programmes you can join our waiting list  to be told about the new dates as they are released below.
